BMC Patrol

For a large Clearing Firm; successfully re-implemented a broken BMC PATROL/PEM environment due to the long-time absence of PATROL administrator. Implemented additional PATROL/PEM features. Supported mission-critical application launch on time for Eurex trades in U.S. Installed PATROL 3.5 on 250 UNIX and Windows servers using PATROL Distribution Manager. Configured PATROL for Oracle, Internet Servers, WebSphere, MQ, Control-M, Event Management, and 3rd-party knowledge modules. Architected custom solutions monitoring the trading application. Established threshold baseline. Implemented PATROL 7 architecture. Customized PEM alerts and notification. Performed regular PATROL/PEM administration tasks. Completed various project proposals, plans, and documents including PATROL 7 implementation, BMC Impact Manager Integration, best practice guideline, and internal staff training plan.
