Present weekly GA4 user insights to stakeholders to understand customer behavior and friction within the purchase funnel. Built user journey maps for ordering and sign up to discover opportunities to improve user experience and tracking needs. Prepare custom reports addressing primary KPIs and key user breakdowns weekly for stakeholders and leadership. Built and designed client’s executive e-commerce dashboard in Google Data Studio for stakeholders. Work cross functionally with E-commerce Manager, BI Director, and developers to validate, test and implement app and website user journey event tracking. Built custom website tags in Google Tag Manager. Manage e-commerce backlog and sprint tasks in DevOps together with product owner in Agile environment.
